Welcome to the Department of Education

History

      Since 1987, normal schools have been restructured into provincial teachers’

colleges. The Department of Elementary Education was established in Ping Tung

Teacher College . On August, 2005 the school was renamed National Pingtung

University of Education. Since its founding, the Department of Education has been

the main department in NPUE.

Environment

       The Department of Education offers a comfortable and suitable learning

environment.

Goal

       The Department of Education seeks to facilitate the School of Education .

We are committed to preparing our students to be outstanding educational

professional members in all areas.

The Department aims to provide four main goals to our students:

1. Professional educational and cultural knowledge

2. Educational administration and management knowledge

3. Educational industry and business knowledge

4. Social care and service knowledge
